Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-21.

This policy explains what this site collects, why, and who it goes to. It applies to this website and to the forms on it. It does not cover a loan application once it moves into the secure borrower portal, which is governed by the privacy notice you receive there.

What is collected

When you send a scenario or ask a question, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, and details about the property or loan you are asking about. If you tell us a credit range, it is the range you selected, not a credit report.

This site does not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank or account numbers, or authorisation to pull credit. Those belong inside the secure borrower portal, and you will only ever be asked for them there, over a personal link sent to you.

The site also records ordinary technical information such as the pages visited and the page a visitor arrived from. This is aggregate traffic measurement and is not used to build a profile of you.

How it is used

To answer your question, to work out which loan programs your scenario fits, and to follow up about that inquiry. If your scenario is one we cannot place, we use it to tell you what would have to change, or to introduce you to a licensed colleague.

Contact details are also used to send you follow-up about the inquiry you started. You can stop that at any time, and the section below says how.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

It is shared only with the parties needed to do the work you asked for: NEXA Mortgage, LLC as the licensed broker; the service providers that run our customer records, forms, email and phone systems, who may use it only to provide those services to us; lenders, only once you have asked us to place a file and only what that lender needs to consider it; and anyone we are required to disclose to by law, regulation, or lawful request.

Text messages

If you give a phone number and tick the consent box, you may receive calls and text messages about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of any service, and the box is never ticked for you.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

How long it is kept

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed mortgage originator. When a record is no longer needed for either, it is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent to be contacted. Write to the address at the bottom of this page and say which. Some records may have to be retained where the law requires it, and we will say so if that applies.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state law. Ask and they will be honoured.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. Inquiry data is transmitted to our customer records system over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, which is the reason the sensitive parts of a mortgage application are deliberately kept off this website and inside the secure borrower portal.

Children

This site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
